Ingredients:
lRanch Dumpling Seasoning: 1 pack
l2 catties (1.2 kg) of Ground Pork
l2 catties (1.2 kg) of Cabbage
l3 catties (1.8 kg) of Dumpling Wrappers
l150g of Green Onions / Scallions
l50cc of Sesame Oil
1.Wash the cabbage and chop it finely, then squeeze out the excess water.
2.Mix the seasoning powder with the ground pork thoroughly for 5 minutes until the meat becomes sticky.
3.Add the sesame oil, green onions, and cabbage, then mix evenly.
