Ingredients:
lRanch Cutlet Seasoning Powder: 1 pack
lPork Loin: 3kg (approx. 5 Taiwan catties)
lWater: 3 bowls (approx. 200g per bowl)
1.Slice the pork loin into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
2.Mix the first bowl of water with the
seasoning powder until well blended.
3.Add the meat and stir until the spiced liquid
is fully absorbed.
4.Pour in the second bowl of water; once
absorbed, pour in the third bowl of water.
5.Refrigerate overnight to marinate. When
ready, coat the meat with sweet potato
starch and deep-fry until golden brown.
